Germany Student Visa

The German Student Visa allows students several benefits. The student visa would allow you to work part-time for 20 hours a week during term and take up full-time employment during vacations. Candidates are allowed to work for a total of 120 full or 240 half days in a year as a student. The German Study Visa is a powerful student visa, as it doubles as a Schengen visa and allows you access to all Schengen Countries. Post Study Work Permit

Candidates on completing their master or bachelor or doctorate studies can apply for and get a Residence Permit for 18 months. This is termed the Post Study Work Permit (PSWP). The Immigration Laws in Germany permit International students to apply for and get a Residence Permit of 18 months to look for a job as per their qualification. Candidates should note that courses of all duration would be eligible for an 18-month stay back period in Germany and this is over your German Student Visa tenure.
